Delivery

Orders are dispatched by Royal Mail 1st class and should be received within 2-3 working days.  Some products which require special order from outside UK may take up to a week.  Click and collect orders will receive notification once the product is available for collection, this is not necessarily a same day service and is dependable upon stock levels within our store.

All products are delivered in discreet packaging.

Returns

Products can be returned directly to our store within 14 days of receipt for a refund or to exchange for a different size or colour. It is essential that all items returned are in their original unopened packaging with all labels and tags still attached and unused. Due to hygiene and security reasons, certain items can’t be returned unless they are faulty.

All goods will be inspected on return, the cost of the postage to return items is to be covered by the customer.

Any items deemed used or worn will be ineligible for refund or exchange and will be returned to the delivery address via Royal Mail via second class postage.
