1. Where is my order - All orders are posted out with Royal mail First class post so usually arrive within 1 to 2 days if it has not arrived in 4 days please email or call us so we can check things for you.

3. Can i cancel my order - We will always try our best to cancel your order but if its already left our warehouse you can simply return it to us within 14 days all Hygiene seals & tags must be intact and we will be happy to exchange or refund you.
